ENDORSEMENTS

Virgil Adams

Attorney

As a former prosecutor, I respect the wonderful job Rebecca has done in modernizing the Office of the Solicitor-General. The citizens of Macon-Bibb County are well served by Rebecca.

Duke Groover

Attorney

Rebecca & I have known one another most of our lives.  We grew up in Macon learning the importance of community involvement and public service. Rebecca has always exemplified those ideals.

Sam Hart, Jr.

Attorney

As a criminal defense attorney, I know from experience that Rebecca always exhibits professionalism and courtesy to everyone who comes into the courtroom and her office.

Rebecca takes the term “public servant” to a whole new level. Of course, her career is serving as our Solicitor-General but Rebecca continues to serve in her off hours too. Rebecca is involved in Rotary and serves on numerous boards. She is one public servant that will always have my vote!

As a member of Rebecca’s church, I can tell you that she is a woman who lives her faith. Serving on our church’s vestry with Rebecca as our senior leader, I watched her take action to move our church, which is the oldest church in Macon, forward from a very low point in church history to create an atmosphere of reconciliation, forgiveness, and growth. I have observed Rebecca’s ability to work with people from all ages, backgrounds, and viewpoints to create an atmosphere of consensus and positive momentum. I wholeheartedly endorse Rebecca to continue in this same vein as Solicitor General of Macon-Bibb County.

Taquila Thomas

Domestic Violence Survivor

Rebecca Grist has always embraced and defended those who needed it most. She was, and is, a blessing to me. We need more people like her in office! Vote for her👍🏽

Dee Simms

Crisis Line & Safe House Executive Director

I have worked closely with Rebecca for years. Both of our careers have been focused on helping those that are abused and mistreated. Rebecca’s hard work for Crisis Line & Safe House has helped make it a safe haven for abused women.
